National Service Scheme (NSS)

                   National Service Scheme is started under the leadership of Smt.Y.Usha Rani madam Principal in the year 2010 it has single unit after that in 2012 the college is allotted another unit with hundred students. 

          The program officers of Unit-I and Unit-II are Mis.Syed Azgari and Dr.Mutyalappa.

   NSS Achievements      

  • In the year 2018 Mis.Kavitha participated in NSS youth festival got First prize in Elocution (in Telugu) competition conducted by SK University,ATP.   

  • In the year 2018 Mr.Vinay Krishna participated in NSS youth festival got second prize in Essay Writing  competition conducted by SK University,ATP.

  • In the year 2018 Mr.Sai Kumar participated in NSS youth festival got second prize in Poster painting competition conducted by SK University,ATP.

  • In the year 2017 Mr.Amarnath Reddy cadate Selected for the Pre-Republic Day parade and also participated in March fast in Barodra.

  • In the year 2016 Mr.Naresh participated in NSS youth festival and won the second prize in solo singing song  in English language from SK University,ATP. 

  • In the year 2014 Mis.Tejowathi cadate was selected for the Republic Day parade in New Delhi.

The main objectives of National Service Scheme (NSS) are :

  1. Understand the community in which they work

  2. Understand themselves in relation to their community

  3. Identify the needs and problems of the community and involve them in problem-solving

  4. Develop among themselves a sense of social and civic responsibility

  5. Utilize their knowledge in finding practical solutions to individual and community problems

  6. Develop competence required for group-living and sharing of responsibilities

  7. Gain skills in mobilizing community participation

  8. Acquire leadership qualities and democratic attitudes

  9. Develop capacity to meet emergencies and natural disasters and

  10. Practice national integration and social harmony
